Natural Exercises to Enlarge Your Penis

You can change the size and shape of your penis over time by using some simple exercises at home. These have to be done regularly, and care should always be taken of course, but you can have some great results if you exercise your penis every day.

Exercises done on a regular basis have been proven to increase the blood capacity of the corpora cavernosa, which encourages permanent growth in both length and girth. When the erectile tissue is encouraged to hold a greater volume of blood than it could otherwise naturally accommodate, then this will in turn result in a larger size both when erect and flaccid.

One of the many exercises you can do to increase the size of your penis is doing a exercise called the Pubococcygeus (PC) flex. This muscle forms part of your pelvis and controls all your sexual functions such as ejaculation and orgasm. With regular exercise, this muscle can provide firmer and larger erections, powerful ejaculations and more intense climaxes.

Don't know where your PC muscle is. Well, it's located between your anus and scrotum. Next time you go to the bathroom (do this exercise) try to stop the stream of urine midway. Feel a muscle contracting? That's your PC muscle.

Clenching and releasing your PC muscle in ten-second intervals is how you exercise that muscle. Perform three sets of this. Take a break. Then, do the clench-and-release technique for five seconds. Perform ten sets of this. This time, tighten the muscle for 30 seconds and relaxing for 30 seconds. Perform three sets of this. This is a simple and easy exercise that you can perform by yourself anytime and anywhere. You don't need any device or contraption to exercise your PC muscle. But you do need to commit to a routine.

As with all exercises, the more frequently you do these exercises the better your results will be. Many men start seeing changes in penis size within a few weeks. Some men have added up to an inch or more in less than a month. How quickly you see a result is entirely dependent on keeping up the exercises and following instructions closely.
